Apparently, a few days of fasting can make you enter ketosis and burn fat while preserving muscle and emitting dat almighty HGH into your body. Has anyone here tried this as a better strategy for cutting? Is this the missing link to turn any guy into a lean mean killing machine, given time and proper workouts?
