Bronkaid is 20mg Ephedrine, take one with 200mg caffeine. The Aspirin is optional and typically only advised if you need it. Thins the blood to control blood pressure. If you've done any bit of cardio for a regular period, it's not necessary and is just an added expense.

Take it once a day to build up to it. Both are stimulants and WILL make you jittery. Take between meals that way it stalls your appetite. Work your way up to ~3 doses a day.

I just do the EC and also take fish oil. I'll do a dose at around 8am and then at 1pm. I've found it helps with suppressing my diet, which is good because I'm doing IF right now. I usually will only do it for a few weeks though (however long it takes to get through a box of Bronkaid). My tolerance starts to go up and I find the effects starts to wane. I've found best results when I do it at the beginning and the end of my cut.

If I lack the energy to do cardio and haven't done it for an extended period, should I start with Aspirin and then stop using it over the first month or the stack? My blood pressure is almost perfect (118/76), i take it that the stimulants would increase blood pressure somewhat?

My mistake, as the graph shows >>42391603, it is in fact 25mg Ephedrine, not 20.

Ephedrine gave me stage 2 hypertension

Yeah I still have prehypertension. Still gave me a solid 20 mmHg bump systolic

Yeah, avoiding stimulants is something you may want to do. Stacking stims isn't for everyone.
