short answer - reduces cortisol so you feel less stressed whilst also stopping cortisol interfering with your natty test

Thanks dude
I have hormonal imbalance so if I reduce cortisol and my t goes up my e will decrease?
I'm a sucker for supplements, considering trying ashwaganda, if it does fuck all someone tell me now. For fitness I pretty much take zinc if I feel I need it, omega 3 because I doubt I get enough dietary and vitamin d because there is no such light and I work long hours.

>creatine, 1 scoop everyday
>preworkout: 200mg of caffeine+1 scoop of bcaas (drink half 20 minutes before my workout, the rest during)
>post workout: 1 scoop of whey, another scoop before bed if feel like I didn't get enough protein that day
>on training days or if I'm feeling a bit under the weather I take a mutlivitamin
pretty vanilla I'd say, still manage to not spent a shit ton on supps monthly
>creatine every day
>whey occationally
>caffeine when i haven't slept well
>fiber if my meal doesn't have any
that about it really, i'm thinking of toying with citruline and alanine in the future, maybe

yeah both seem pretty standard, i'd say beyond these the £ per additional unit performance ratio increases rapidly
