If fasted - BCAAs
If not - Caffeine, nicotine gum, vitamin D, creatine, ashwagandha ksm-66

With dinner - multivitamin, fish oil, garlic extract

I'm a sucker for supplements, considering trying ashwaganda, if it does fuck all someone tell me now. For fitness I pretty much take zinc if I feel I need it, omega 3 because I doubt I get enough dietary and vitamin d because there is no such light and I work long hours.
