I consume every day:
>4 quesoritos from tacobell
>64 ounces of that new drink called Body Armor
>1-2 gallons of water

The quesorito gives me the fat and carbs and protein, the body armor gives me all the vitamins that i dont get from the fruits and veggies i refuse to eat, the water keeps my organs processing the taco bell

6ft, 170lbs, running a 10k in 31 minutes.

Heart rate is 49 BPM, blood pressure is low.

Lifts are as of last week:
BP - 265x8
OHP - 205x8
DL - 405x12
SQUAAAT - 395x10
