Wouldn't this routine make more sense if it was PLPx? Natties always bitch about lacking shoulder development, but they don't realize their shoulders never get a proper rest day to recover. Am I just retarded? Has this thought ever crossed anyones mind?
I do shoulders on leg day so I get that extra test boost once I hit legs heavy. My delts are huge

Are you natty?
Pls post delts

It only spikes during exercise and shortly thereafter. It's not enough to actually promote any extra growth.
To get big shoulders you need to hit your middle and rear deltoid. The front is always overdeveloped in natural lifters. You can do a lot of raises without overtraining. Do controlled, high rep and make sure you're getting a good burn.
Don't expect your shoulders to ever be amazing as a natural litter, though.
I used to do pull-push-legs because I did deadlifts on pull day and wanted the rest for my legs. Now I've swapped it to PLP because of several reasons like rows hitting my posterior delts, and things like lateral raises and low>high cable flies hitting arms(-tri's) which I do on pull day.

Yeah only pic I have saved right now

I am just only semi-shitposting desu but I do OHP right after squatting. I have naturally broad shoulders
>>42384891
Shit, I'm actually impressed, lacking core though but damn good shoulder development
>>42384891
My core is lagging pretty bad but when I first started lifting my delts and traps exploded with size so everyone was calling me out for cycling.
I just hit the middle delt far too much
I went from 40 lb db press to 170 x 3 on bb in 6 mos. I am also bear mode (actually /fat/). I'm trying 185 here shortly
>when the only thing you do for legs is leg extensions

What is best for middle delt?

If you want to see actual shoulder development on this routine, every other push day you're supposed to do heavy shoulder work before chest work. So push day 1 do heavy chest light shoulders, then push day 2 do heavy shoulders light chest. Otherwise your chest will develop and your shoulders will really only maintain in strength while possibly get bigger.

upright rows definitely made a huge impact on mass gain but they are really bad for your shoulders. i was doing them way too often and i got a shoulder impingement last year on my left shoulder. I was out for a month and a half
