I work out at my apartment complex gym because I can't afford a gym membership right now.
Today I easily maxed out on one of their machines (it goes up to 210) on the Incline Press. However, I can only do 180 max on the flat bench.
I know they work different muscle groups, but how do I get my flat bench to catch up?
