Let's talk about ICF, guys. I started doing ICF about 2 months ago and I like it. I've been seeing good strength gains throughout.

I've heard from a few people that ICF will make you not look proportioned and it is easy to get hurt on the program. Sidenote: I haven't gotten hurt on it.

I get people dislike Blaha and that's fine, but this thread isn't about how much for a nut case he is.

What are your thoughts on ICF?

The routine is solid, pretty much all there is to say about it. Better than SS, worse than SS derivatives that have a more reasonable workload

As far as I remember the book has accessories recommendations that pretty much are the same as ICF. And even if not, "blahas programme" is just copied from dozens of other programmes like that that were around since forever. He didn't come up with shit.
