So /fit/, what's the verdict on canned food?

BPA danger is real
Canned tomato products are the devil
Canned tuna is dangerous in large doses
Any fruit from the can is piss poor in terms of health and is little more then sugary fruit
Veg in the can is passable
Meat in the can is bad but can be eaten in moderation
Canned dinners are awful but can be eaten in moderation
Chef Boyardee still has that stomach churning after taste.

>little more then sugary fruit
And fresh fruit is much more than sugary fruit?

I'm gonna have to see some proper sources for those claims ya got there, sir.
Canned pinnapple lack the enzymes that aid us in breaking down protons.
I have canned:
>tuna
>chicken
>green beans
>corn
>black beans
>brown beans
>tomato paste, sauce, chunks
>soup
>turkey chili
I like canned goods because I live alone and I hate going to the grocery store more than once a month. All my food goes bad if I get fresh shit.

if youre autistic and socially awkward like this anon then they aren't that terrible for you. but even in this case here, you should be buying the beans dry. 1) they're much cheaper, 2) you get much more for virtually zero prep (literally just put some in water and soak them overnight), 3) they taste a million times better. even the chicken you're better off just buying a lot fresh, cooking it and freezing it
