I am new to fitness, wanna workout all the time
get buff as fast as possible,
Want to work out 3 times a day....
Obviously this is too much for my body,
but i feel like I am wasting time on my rest days...

How should I rest on my rest days? Sleep
all day? Try not to be sedentary, but don't workout?

but if I try to workout the next day my performance is diminished. After a rest day I can progress
