/fit/, I'm worried. All my lifts are difficult, even reducing weight and changing up my routine has done nothing. It's difficult to explain in words - I feel weak, drained of energy, I'm not stressed or depressed or overworked. Maybe I lack motivation? Has anyone had the same experience?
