started SS 6 weeks ago hoping to bulk up but now have to cut down about 13 lbs.
from the sticky you should increase protein consumption massively while eating less fat and carbs.
instead of 5x5 workouts, i'm going to increase volume while decreasing weight by a good amount

its hard work and takes time, effort and patience. there are no shortcuts. just follow the sticky. Just remember that in 6 months - 1 year you will probably max out of strength gainz. that doesnt mean to stop. you will continue to lose fat and drop your bf% down.
