Anyone who doesn't exclusively take his showers cold shouldn't even bother posting on /fit/. how do you guys prefer yours? in the morning or at night, do you gradually build up to colder temperatures or do you crank it to the lowest setting from the word go? discuss

I take a normal shower and end with a couple of minutes of a completely cold shower, no build up. I do it because it feels good, I'm not sure of any health benefits though. What are they, if any?

I live in southern Spain, it's hot here, in summer I use the coldest setting from the start, and in winter I use the middle setting and try to gradually switch it to a colder one.

I have lukewarm showers and blast my hair and balls with ice cold water for 30 seconds every time I finish to ward off the balding jew and for a test boost.

Right now I shower twice a day. I start with Cold and end with Very Cold because it's so hot here right now. Wakes me up in the morning and makes me happy to go to sleep at night.
