Use machines for now and use light weight. See how it feels then raise weight as necessary.

Man I did lat-pulldown with lowest weight and it hurt like a bitch.
Actually this pain in my rear shoulder started 3 weeks ago when I went for pullups and there as shooting pain during the first one.

Update
Did baby weight latpulldown again and was easy.
I could do 3 pullups before I got a slight pain again. I'm not risking anything, just gonna do some rotator cuff exercises then go home
