gonna take 5mg of nitrazepam tonight lads, hopefully i finally sleep more than 4 hours for the first time in a month.

and yes i tried melatonin, valerian, etc etc. none of it worked

will this fuck up my gains? surely it can't be worse than being chronically sleep deprived

Shodnt fuck up your gains, plus even if it did have a slight effecting energy levels I can't imagine them being worse than a month of sleep deprivation

Get Mirtazapine instead. It's non addictive, cheap, puts you to sleep in 45-60minutes, and is great if you're trying to bulk as you'll get crazy hungry just before the drug kicks in.
