How's protein powder more expensive? I'm talking price/gram of protein here. Surely you can find cheaper alternatives, unless you're lactose intolerant and can't metabolise whey and need plant based proteins, or the whole foods version of protein powders...

Make sure you eat Chunk Light tuna to avoid Mercury and you'll be fine.
