No one seems to mind but I know for a fact they are watching me because literally no one else(including the girls) do any exercise that targets the glutes. Plus it tends to make a scene
I scream really loud at the end of my workout to release any pent over energy that I accumulated in the day before I went to the gym. If I leave the gym with this leftover energy I will feel like I left something at the gym all day and keep thinking I need to go back. I also get really bad headaches. So I go to the lockroom and scream into a towel as hard as I can. Days when I feel I used all the energy I accumulated I don't need to do this.
Get my towel a bit wet with piss in the toilet and wipe down my bench with it
