>going on a backpacking trip around the world
>don't want to loose hard earned gains
how do you stay /fit/ while traveling?
There's gyms all over the world.
Anyways, I'm taking a 20lb kettlebell and a small roller, maybe an ab wheel and some rings. Maybe a couple bands.

Eating properly is harder than training on the road. Hotels have shitty gyms which you can at least do some maintenance. Casual visits always so expensive
Accept you won't come back in anywhere near as good form as when you leave

Traveling is a meme don't do it
Don't worry brah, even if you lose your gains, they'll come back quick because of muscle memory. If you're traveling around the world, focus on that experience.

spending your money on memories instead of possessions is not a meme
single white women yaya sisterhood traveling and traveling to take some facebook selfies with locals is a meme though
>tfw people watching in the park while traveling and spot the singe white girl sit down on a bench and bust out her journal to write in
I took a rough backpack trip a few months ago, i lost nearly 4 kg of lean mass in about 5 weeks or so. It took me about 5-6 weeks to recover my strength and body comp.
Fair trade if you ask me.
You can do a lot more than you might think.
I live in the wilderness for a living. Bear bags with rocks = weights. Paracord around a tree branch = rows. Pullups. Basic calisthenics.
Hiking itself is excellent, and most days covering 10 miles with a 90lb pack I don't even need to "work out". I fall asleep instantly.
Tuna is king, you can find it anywhere cheap.
