Best back exercises?
All I do is chin ups. And deadlifts.

Then focus on dead lifts and chin ups.
If you want program barbell rows into the mix but they are unimportant at your stage

I'll achieve that eventually. In the meantime, i'm trying to stay relatively light for the sport in, so I just constantly eat at maintance while making strength gains
