I want a beginner's program which includes front squat and clean & jerk.
Could somebody please help me either create one or adjust a common beginner program accordingly.
Yes I have read the sticky. I really enjoy front and CJ
Those are not beginner exercises. Develop your basic movements and create a strong foundation or you will not perform them well or gain anything from them.

Thanks for your reply. Assuming I have the form for these moves covered how would you go about incorporating them.
I used to lift for a long period of time and I performed these moves. I understand you may not believe me but could you please try to answer how I would go about incorporating them. I also have coaches I can speak to for form checks regularly.
>do SS (sort of)
>replace power cleans with CJ
>do front squats (lighter ofc) once a week

Nigga if u have experience and a coach why the fuck do you need advice from some random on a Mongolian Lego collecting forum.

you dont have them covered you ignorant little fuck, if you did you wouldn't require a beginner routine because it takes at least a year of near daily performance of them to truly have these "covered" (even then it's at a mediocre level), at which point you would have acquired the knowledge of where to look for a "beginners routine"
youre a stupid little fuck. go be a dumbfuck and waste your time
Have you tried cleaning and jerking followed by front squatting 3 to 5 times per week?
Amazing how that works.

Just get a routine and add some front squats and clean and jerks. Unless you're lifting really heavy, in which case you shouldn't be on a beginners program, it's not gonna impact you that much
