At my job I'm considered "office staff" so I am required to wear business casual.
However most of the work I do is on the shop floor and a lot of it is hands on and physical.
Every time I have to lift or move something, my shirt gets very tight and restricting around my arms, shoulders and chest. By the end of the day I'm just about ready to lose my shit.
I know I could buy bigger sized shirts but then all the 50 year old HR girls wouldn't be able to mire as hard
What are some /fit/ approved dress clothes that could help me move around more easily yet keep me looking sexy?

skirts, thongs, lingerie, booty shorts, sports bras
>>
that shirt is awful holy shit
>>
Try Brooks Brothers made to measure shirts

What in the actual fuck is that guy doing

Also op u ever heard of a polo?
>>
If your job requires actual physical activity, dress for function and not style
If your shirts are so tight they restrict movement, you probably look more ridiculous than you think
>>
>pretending like thats an actual outfit and not a gay porn star outfit
>>
>>42371729
wear a bigger size and stop being a fucking faggot
>>

Agreed. That guy is really attractive, he'd look good in anything. He'd look better in a faded band t-shirt.
>>
>>42371729
get some polos they ONLY look good on you if you look fit

skinnyfat, fat and skinny people look like shit in them.

Most stores sell Athletic Fit dress shirts, just go try some at the stores.

Athletic Fit shirts are usually made to accommodate broader shoulders and taper at the waist.

If you were this beyond the age of 14 you are a certified virgin manchild.

I mean first things I'd say is stop giving a shit about 50 year old HR girls but that isn't your deal.

Get a slim fit shirt a collar size up. If you're wearing a slim fit shirt now that is. I had this same issue the creases of my arm/elbow were getting the shirt digging in and I had like red adhesion marks around my upper chest/arm pit area. Looks great til you start moving.

Don't be a Conor McGregor in work, you'll still look yoked in work. If the baggyness at the back of the shirt is annoying get a tailor to taper it in more at the waist, again that's what I did but had the chest and arms a tiny bit looser.

Express has some stretch fit dress shirts. They also have many different styles of fits. They're expensive (~$40-50/shirt) but they are quality and look nice. They always have sales too.

he knows those looks bad anon, he literally just said he would look good in anything, thats why he mentioned it.

Working out has caused me to have to buy new dress shirts every 6 months. My 15 inch neck is now 17.5 inches. I don't even train neck directly.

I'm also a manlet, and buying pants is very difficult. I now need a 38 inch waist to account for my big ass. My inseam is only like 28 inches (5'7 here).
