Do you want to do an semi accurate representation? Then it will cost more money then you probably have to spend on steroids growth hormones and insulin to get that much mass.

Do you want to impress the girls? Then just do basic calisthenics, hiit, a "curlbro" routine where you occasionalyl do a set of squats, and get cut.

Want to feel and look big and impress?
General weight lifting workout(power lifting+bodybuilding), calisthenics, carry about 15% bodyfat, no running because you'll end up dropping some fat and you want to look big.
