Hi my name is anon, and i lost fifteen pounds over the past four months since I last went to the doctor and my senpai (mom,bro,dad) are concerned and i'm just trying to get to the old state of my body. I am currently 5'9' 120 pound I've always been skinnier? than most people, but i was 138 at one point, but it gets hard to eat sometimes and i havn't really noticed it but i've been eating less. I mean i'm tyring to eat more but too much food doesn't agree with me and eating all day in smaller portions feels weird. Basically i don't know what to eat.
Diet for gains:Lean meat,eggs,wheat bread,milk(doesn't go as well as it used to) and other stuff i've read on the internet
