we actually have 100 lb (45~kg) plates at our gym

ive literally only seen one person use them ever for deadlifts

I don't know. This gym is probably 40+ years old and hasn't had a renovation in 20 years. Most of the enquipment is maintained by the people who lift here.

Ivan just finished benching 2,5 plate.
He uses kitchen sponges for grabbing the bar for extra grip. All the dust also helps.

Nope. And some fag is always putting all the 45s on the god damn leg press, which is on the opposite corner of the gym from the power rack. Guess it's cool that I've added light farmer walks into my routine, though I wish it wasn't four times a week.
