OK lads, I've been going to the gym 2-3 times a week fairly consistently for like 8 months now, I do compound exercises and have gone from dead-lifting 120kg to 180/90kg (about 400lbs) for reps - but I barely look any different.
When I occasionally talk to someone who looks like they know they often tell me conflicting things.
How I get lots of muscle growth? Actual strength is shit, women can't tell that i'm more than 50% stronger than 8 months ago unless i'm swole.

Add some accessoirs to your strength routine. For example shoulder flies, skull crushers, curls in a higher rep range
