I'm on a version of the Texas Method and I want to do some cardio while eating at a really slow bulk.
Recommendations? Anyone have success with this and if so how did you program it? Anyone for whom it didn't work please share what you did wrong.

depends on what type of cardio and how much you're eating tbqh
if you're doing a "really slow bulk" however I would probably recommend against it. both cardio and lifting draw from the same potential pool of resources and if you're just barely eating enough to recover from TM you're probably not eating enough to recover from TM+cardio

Well, I was planning to try to incorporate HIIT (in part because I'd like to be in the same shape I was when I still played >sports).
I'm game to slap more calories on there if that's what's necessary. Who can't eat a banana and a chicken breast, you know?

I've been doing TM + C25k and its been fine. At most you're running 7-9 miles a week. I don't think that's going to really hurt my gains in the long run.
