So I recently gained about 20 lbs (via co-pregnancy).
I was never the sporty type (normally aroung 200 lbs with a height of 6 feet and 2 inches) but I am no total fatty.
What's /fit/'s opinion for loosing weight fast and gaining some muscle/shape by only doing only floor exercise at home after work?
I am not totally unfit and I eat normal/healthy (lots of vegetables and protein and no sugar or fast food).
So what are the best ground exercises for a quick start with a (quick) result?
