I'm 5'10 123kg, 130kg when I started. I eat 1600 calories a day which is recommended amount to lose weight and go to the gym 2 to 3 days a week. If lose 400 grams to 1kg a day which sounds great but I'm worried about health issues losing weight fast, is it because I'm a fat fuck and it will even out? Not water weight as I have already lost it.
I was on hcg medication prescribed by gp and since after that and coming off a year ago, I lose a lot quickly but have eating and addiction issues that have countered it.
I'd worry about loose skin since you're basically dropping over 14lbs a week which is insanity.
I know fatties can lose more weight without muscle loss than a lower bf person but I'm sure you're pushing it and probably losing a considerable amount of muscle mass along with it.
That is if your information is accurate and you've lost 1kg/day averaging the entire duration of your weight loss while weighing yourself right when you wake up in the morning.
