How much coffee do you drink daily?
Does it have any negative or positive effects?
I just read that drinking it first thing in the morning, as I always have done, apparently may cause some problems with dissolving protein.

This one says it about pure black coffee, does anyone know if it's still a problem if you drink coffee with milk?

I have at least 1-2 energy drinks each day, no coffee

I may have a problem.
