So today I was diagnosed with erosive gastritis. I have already accepted that I won’t be able to bulk up until I’m cured.
However, I still want to exercise just to feel good.
What should my diet be so that my body doesn’t lack necessary nutrients while doing light exercise/cardio?
I’m about 161lbs/73kg at 6 feet tall.
Also, most anti-gastritis diets recommend drinking water while eating. But when I do that I get horrible bloating.

Avoid spicy food, fried food and caffeine.
Eat smaller more frequent meals.
Reduce alcohol intake, avoid it entirely

But anti-gastritis diets have a lot of limitations. So can I make sure I'm getting all necessary nutrients?
I'd live on milk with some source of fibre to prevent toilet spray painting
