Dude I knew from MMA got into it, one of the first Australian distributors iirc. Used to respect him loads, but he became totally consumed by peddling his snake oil. Do not recommend.

Their whole plan is to make you drink their stuff instead of eating food. My friend did that and lost weight but you can do that with whey, just make some protein shake instead food, or don't eat. Also read the sticky.

Everything has way more shit in it than it needs. They want to replace your diet with pills and powders. It's a pyramid scheme. Shit will probably give you cancer. The "coaches" will lie like a motherfucker to your face just to make a sale. I showed up my local Herbalife club by doing one of their 90 challenges without their snake oil, and saw better results than most of them have seen in 4 years. Just buy regular supplements.
