So /fit/ I fucking love eating fruit with a passion though its got alot of sugar in it is there any chance of getting the beetus from the sugar intake?

that being said fructose can't be directly used by the muscles and ((theoretically)) is more likely to be stored as fat once your liver is full so maybe don't go """""BANANAS""""
