I think I'll be pretty happy at 90kg assuming no substantial strength loss.

This is my routine I've constructed from researching other PPLs from fit. I don't go to a gym, which is why there's no machines. Winter garage lifting with rack, bench, BB, DB and 165kg of plates. Been doing it since May. It's probably my favorite routine ever. Lifted 21/31 days in July.

You can add like half a pound of lean mass a week if you're well above deficit, you know? Along with a chunk of fat of course. 5'7. still fat but losing it. knee injury means no squat+dl. also cannot do any cardio except swimming or things where i am mostly standing still. goal is to be skinny and stay fit for upcoming knee surgery so rehab is easier + increased quality of life

left, 1 may 2017:
weigh 90kg
bench 20kg (bar only)
curl 15kg (preacher, 7.5 on each side)
cannot do a pullup, not even with the weight assist at 100kg
cable machine chest press 10kg on each arm

right, 1 august 2017:
weigh 77kg
bench 50kg (15 on each side)
curl 25kg (preacher, 12.5 on each side)
can do 1 unassisted pullup. at gym i do assisted pullups 10x3 with weight assist set to 30kg

still have ways to go. should definitely be sub 15% bodyfat by december.

For now I'm just working on seafood, chicken and some veggies, at least till I figure out how to make rice taste good without frying it.

Today all I've had was 2 eggs with hot sauce for breakfast, cooked up 1.5lbs of marinaded chicken breasts with broc and sauteed onion/garlic. I just halved that, then had it for lunch and dinner. The bad was 2 mnt dew kickstarts and 2 beers. Trying to stop doing the bad, but it's a process on its own.

Reposting from last thread because I really need advice

I entered strict Ketosis on a 600kcal deficit 4 months ago and went from 85kg (187lbs) -> 75kg (165lbs).
Doing SL 5x5.

I'm 182cm/6ft

Current stats are (all 5x5, started with bar):

Squat: Bar -> 80kg (176lbs)
DL: Bar -> 100kg (220lbs)
Bench: Bar -> 50kg (110lbs)
OHP: Bar -> 42,5kg

I'm feeling very low energy on the cut and I'm starting to struggle with the weight and workouts.
I've read that bulking on Keto is not very effective.

Should I continue cutting, eat at maintenance or bulk? With or without Keto?

Anything in particular I should work on? I've been sort of stuck at this bodyweight/bf% for a number of cut and bulk cycles now.

You gotta stick to zero carbs during keto or else you will feel like shit the entire time. make sure you don't cheat by eating carbs. If you did it correctly you shouldn't be feeling weak, you should be feeling energetic.

No muscle what so ever, I strongly feel that you should quit the Keto since you just got out of skinny fat mode and achieved your average mode.... just do a clean bulk with lifting and cardio 4 times a week for at least 30mins. There's no need for you to do Keto really, just lose the weight by eating 200~300cal less from your TDEE and lose the fat from hardcore cardio.
