Incredibly effective at helping someone lose weight. Bought it for my wife to try because she dispises running and is getting bored of lifting.

They're fun/miserable to do together but she'll burn 600 calories a session easy

Breh my uncle came back from Iraq with a stump that ended right above the elbow. He got depressed and ballooned to 320 after he was discharged. He did P90X twice and Insanity once and got down to 240 with better cardio than he ever had before. We're all gonna make it.

I got great results from insanity. Worth the money imo

They catch a lot of flack and can be cringey sometimes, also terrible for building strength.

That said they are great for improving cardio and cutting. Great for fitness idiots because it puts them on a structured diet, which matters more than the exercise program.
