Have an event coming up soon that I didn't even feel like I'd be going to yet here I am. I'm currently 5'11" @260lbs. A year ago I was 220 with intentions to drop down to 180. I want to try and vey back down to that 220 as soon as I can or anywhere closer. From there, I'll gradually get back. But for now, any help? Tips? Workouts? Meal plans?
