just do 1 or 2 ab exercises 4-5x a week. they recover really fast so you'll be fine

I actually start every workout with light ab work; just like a 90 second plank, then 60 second side planks, reverse plank, hollow hold, and supermans.
As a result I can now put my palms to the floor without bending my knees even though I'm at like 22% bf right now
