Motivation is gone lads. How do I get it back? I've played sports my whole life and always trained hard. After 15 years I think I'm finally burnt out. What do?

Find a goal or lift/skill you want to do that get's you excited. If basic bitch workouts/fitness stuff isn't doing it then find something that is. Maybe find a sport you like and use that for your "workout".

It's not that I've stopped liking my training. I want to do it but don't have the motivation. I think the only option is a complete break for a couple of weeks.

I see. Yeah, could just be burned out physically and need a break. Barring that, motivation never got anyone anywhere. All about discipline. Do it even if you don't feel like it and it'll get easier and easier. Eventually it won't even matter how you feel, you'll just get it done regardless.
