How limited am I with just some weights, a pair of adjustable dumbbells, an olympic barbell and a bench that can't incline/decline? Can you build a good physique with just that? What should my routine be like?
There are meme routines that use nothing but dumbbells. If you have a bench and a set pf adjustable dumbbells, you might be able to work with just that if you read about it a bit more. That being said I don't know much more about it then 'it exists'.
