How the fuck do I control my eating habits. Seriously guys. I am currently spending about half the year at home with family and half in a nearby city where I don't usually come back and visit.
When I'm in the city, weight falls off me, effortlessly. When I'm shopping I only buy healthy food and generally eat less than most people.
When I'm back home, I eat like a starving pig. The food is already there (provided by parents) and it's as if all my self control goes out the window. I feel like some sort of binge eater. I have still lost a load of weight but if it weren't for this awful habit I'd be slim by now.
How can not be a weak piece of shit?
