/fit/ why the fuck am I not losing weight anymore? Everything I eat is out of a goddamn package so I know I am not going over my calorie limit. I am 6'0 207 lbs and I eat 1840 calories a day. I do cardio and weight lifting (mostly cardio s-sorry guys) 3 times a week to keep my metabolism going. I drink tons of water.
I haven't lost a pound in 2 weeks. Literally what the fuck is this? I'm trying to convince myself that because it's hot, my water retention is high. Is it because I haven't shit before I weight myself every morning, because very rarely do I have to shit in the morning but that seems to be the only way to get to my true weight.
I'm so confused. What the fuck is this? Is it really my nutrients? My diet is like 60% carbs which is bad and I won't deny but I don't see how I am maintaining my weight for so long when I'm only eating 1840 calories a day.
Because your body has responded to your 1840-calorie diet by reducing your energy expenditure to 1840 calories.

Obviously your TDEE is lower than you think.
midnight snacking
you aren't being active enough throughout the day
your cardio game sucks
weight loss tends to come in waves (i did 16:8 IF and didnt lose any weight for a month then one day I woke up and lost 5 lbs almost overnight)

stop lying, fattie.

How is that possible? Even at sedentary activity, which I'm technically not at, I should be losing at 1840 calories. If anyone wants to help me see the flaw in my math, I'm 6'0 and weigh 207 as of this morning.

You probably have no muscle mass. Make it at least three times lifting a week and fill in the blanks with 5ks. If you lift once a week you will not build a substantial amount of muscle.
