The thing of it is, a lot of "natural" guys using prohormones were basically blasting grams and grams of gear, they just had the good fortune of doing it when it was called a prohormone instead of a steroid. I'm specifically thinking of fake natties like Jeff Willet and Skip La Cour. Anyway, I would never compare this guy to them but having said that, he was definitely juicy in the age 39 pic and would never be that full at 49 without some help from trt. Hell, it's not hard to get a prescription for HGH at that age now. I just watched an HGH commercial on tv yesterday targeting women as a demographic.
