i have what appears to be a bulging disk in my neck. are my gainz essentially gone?
i plan on going to an urgent care to get a drs opinion either later today or tomorrow, but how bad is it? and is it really just my posture? because it started like 3 weeks after i started a new office job..

what disc? i had disc replacement on my C7 in march and I'm just now getting back into lifting.
bulging isn't terrible as long as it's not pushing on nerves and affecting your back/arms

i should note mine was herniated not bulging, didn't get better on it's own.
physical therapy/massage may help. did you get an MRI? also stay the FUCK away from chiropractors, they are scams of the highest level.

Not OP but I have multiple herniated disks in my lumbar and I'm trying to get my insurance to cover stemcell treatment for it. How do your replacement disks compair to the real thing and which ones did you get?

I still get some pain from time to time but quality of life is much better than before. I don't know if I'll ever be able to ride roller coasters again but it beats the pain I had from before.
It's a relatively newer medical procedure but I would recommend it 100% over a fusion, especially if you're young. Not sure exactly what kind of disc it is but it's basically metal/plastic.

I'm 29 and mine was the result of a car accident for what it's worth. Probably won't ever be able to squat safely (not worth the risk)
