yes, it has no bread

Cardiovascular disease
Endocrine disruption
Chronic inflammation
Contaminated gut flora
Intamyocellular lipids
OP you could try putting the lettuce all as a single layer so it'll fit between two hamburger buns. Worked for me.

Yeah, ever heard of mercury poisoning?
Try only eat lettuce 2-3 times a week
I usually just take the bun off of the hamburger and just grab the patty like a fucking animal
The one time I tried this it was a fucking mess.

>implying cooked lettuce is necessarily a bad thing
Ya it's interesting but a friend of mine had this unique way of doing it. First you order the meat and veggies, or whatever condiments you want to go with it. (Typically they put these on the meat before wrapping it in lettuce). But then after that ask instead of lettuce that they put the meat on top of bread and put another piece of bread above all that. This makes it really easy to hold and eat, I know it's a bit of a wild card but just try it once and you will be hooked I'm sure.

Objectively better than eating with a bun. But still not the greatest for you as they are covered in grease. Homemade patties would probably be fine though if you cook with a healthy oil.
I think the problem would be the cheese. And it would be better to have a vegetable dish on the side.
