Eating calories early in the day gives your body energy that it will burn throughout the day. Why the fuck would you skip breakfast?

Most important meal of the day when it comes to tuning calorie intake IMO (your experience may vary)
>Bulking: Big breakfast + big 2 scoop shake
>Maintenance: Big breakfast + small 1 scoop shake
>Cutting: No solid breakfast, medium (1.5 scoop) shake only.
A big breakfast is typically a 6 egg omelette with heaps of veggies (no meat) or 3 slices of toast slathered in peanut butter and chopped banana + a reduced fat latte. Works for me.
