90% time when i swing or do something with my shoulder, there is always some cracking noise with uncomfortable feel while other shoulder feel normal and crack here and there in a normal way. Should i stop with the lifting for some time im kida worried.
work on your flexibility and stretch
it could also be your shoulder is half dislocated
do some ligament work
Rest and learn to train your humerus muscle and keep it flexible with a resistance band. Make a fist squeezing really hard. Feel that tension between your shoulder and chest? That's the humerus.
