Graduated Uni and moved back home, now have no access to a gym. Is kettlebell training a good way to get a solid work out in with minimal equipment/space or is it just a meme?

Also depends on your goals, if its stamina and good condition then there are probably nothing better, if it is getting strong at the big three or OL lifts then its useless
