Any leisure activity is fine. You should have activities that give you fun and pleasure, and if gaming is one of them that's fine. Doesn't matter what the autists on here say, anything that you do for fun in your spend time is all really the same, whether it be hiking, painting, or playing games. You need fun to have a good mental health balance; don't listen to the Varg memes telling you to do nothing except work and fuck, they're basement dwellers.

The problem is when you do nothing but play games and funnel yourself into a world of escapism so you don't have to cope with reality, which is what most males are doing today. Video games are a slippery slope and are designed to get you to do this, so be careful.
