Just saw a photo of me in profile and my posture drives me absolutely crazy. (Pretty much the third guy in the pic) I work out every two days. What else can I do?

Do something to strengthen your core. Not sit-ups/crunches. Something that works your entire core like yoga or Pilates.
You have to constantly train your body to stand up straight. The muscles around your spine are fucked rn, so do your best to sit up straight and tall ALL THE TIME. Eventually it will feel weird to slouch. Another good thing to do is stretch so you can start developing muscles in the right places. My head was really forward and immobile giving me a weak jaw, so I just constantly stretch my neck and pull my head back when I'm at home lounging.
