have you tried trying?
>>42344462
deload
do more sets
add in pec deck/dumbbells/dips
If diet isn't the issue, you should attempt to alternate your bench with something else for a few weeks, say if you flat barbell do flat dumbbell for 2 weeks, and for incline try doing barbell instead of dumbbell. Throw in a decline bench in your rotation. Maybe work harder on your barbell row to help.
Answer is likely that you just don't eat enough. If you eat enough and do the excercise right you should be able to progress pretty much each workout at your stage.
Try eating more, phagget lel

Up the volume dumbass.

What helps most people push themselves harder on the bench is a spotter. Just having a guy standing there ready to support you if you fail a rep makes a little braver and you'll push yourself harder. For me that made a difference of 30lbs

This, but in my case I bought a rack and never looked back.

This is the answer. I was skinny (and weak) but was so afraid of getting fat that I didn't eat enough food. After I started eating what I felt was "too much" my strength went up.
You need energy for basic metabolism plus energy for lifting plus a surplus of energy to support anabolic processes.
So yeah eat more but don't be stupid about it, make it a healthy diet.
