did a half marathon last year 2 hours 45 min
doing one in another month looking to hit 2 hours 15-30 min
do anywhere from 4-7 hours of cardio (mix of fasted and regular)
weight training the other days
2600 calories a day, shooting for 200+ grams of protein.
should be where i want to be in 5 months or so.
