ust had a run and i went all out. After i realised that i had gotten blisters on my feet. What can i do to prevent and heal them so i can continue running

likely poor form
unless you have some disease, you are running with bad form which is causing the blisters
-wear properly fitting running shoes, not the ones with the thick rubber heel
-air out your feet as soon as you've finished your run
-moleskin can be a godsend, if you know how to use it properly
Sorry bro, but blisters are part of everyday life for runner, especially newbies. They'll become far less frequent once your feet become tougher after a couple months.

All you can really do is eat healthy and drink water so your body heals on its own. As far as prevention goes, blisters are a part of life. You'll toughen and callouse up as time goes on, but you'll still get them occasionally.
